The latecoming system will change next week.  Anyone arriving late at school will not be allowed to disturb classes.  Instead they will be held in the assembly hall and will write lines until the next period changeover.  It is extremely rude to interrupt a class which has already started, and disrupts others’ learning so we will be changing the system to deal with this.

Next Thursday, March 4th 2010 marks annual World Book Day. Please make sure you have something to read with you that day - for one ten minute period the whole school will be reading! It can be a book, magazine, textbook, back of a crisp packet, anything - or, if you're very lucky, your teacher might decide to read to you for 10 minutes.
