Welcome to the PARENTING ISSUES section of our school website. Here we aim to provide parents with support on a range of topics ranging from helping with homework to dealing with bullying. Further down this page there is a list of links to sites which provide food for thought as well as practical solutions to some of the problems and pressures we experience as parents.
Our Guidance staff are listed below and they are always willing and usually able to provide you with suggestions on how your children can make the most of the educational and social opportunities available to them, at Kilmarnock Academy. These members of staff have encountered all of the common problems faced by young people in what can be the most enjoyable but, at the same time, most difficult and challenging years of their lives. Our Guidance team can be contacted by calling 01563 525509.
